Meet Joanna
I’m Joanna — a registered counsellor with a background in psychology, holistic health, and business leadership. I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, or a general sense of disconnection.
As a single mum, I understand how complex life can be and how important it is to have space to breathe, feel, and reconnect with your inner resources. My approach is warm, grounded, practical and person-centred - gently guiding you back to what matters most.
Counselling Services & Fees
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and held online via Zoom. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in the world.
Before your first session, you'll be invited to complete a short intake form so I can better understand how to support you. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you — what’s brought you to counselling, what challenges you're currently facing, and what you'd like to get out of the process.
Available session types:
New Client – Counselling Session (Initial session): $95
Counselling Session (Ongoing sessions): $80
All my sessions are supported by regular supervision, which ensures ethical, safe, and effective practice. While I reflect on my work with a qualified supervisor, your identity and personal details remain strictly confidential at all times.
